These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, purchases, sales, and deliveries between Haoyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and our customers (“you” or “the buyer”). By accessing this website, placing an order, or engaging in business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms
All quotations, price offers, and sales are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders must be confirmed in writing (by email or purchase order).
Once an order is accepted, any change or cancellation must be approved by us in writing and may incur additional costs.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in USD, EXW, FOB, or other Incoterms as agreed.
Payment terms are generally T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) unless otherwise specified.
Full payment must be received before shipment unless other arrangements are approved in writing.
Bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order size, production schedule, and logistics.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or transportation issues.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Quality and Warranty
All products are manufactured under strict quality control standards.
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of 12 months from the shipment date.
This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or modifications made by the buyer.
6. Claims and Returns
Any claim for shortage, damage, or defect must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods.
Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by our written authorization.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, product descriptions, images, and website content remain the property of Haoyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the local court in Hangzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed.
